I want to send u x-ray report nd want an opinion. Is it compulsory to undergo a surgery or can it be treated in a non-surgical way.

Most of the fracture of clavicle are treated with fig.8 bandage.surgery is indicated  very rarely.

Most of clavicle fractures can be managed conservatively by using simple sling or brace. Only few indications for surgery. Please share X-ray for further guidance
