Hello doctor My last scan was on Oct 3rd which showed gestation age as 6 weeks 1 day, but according to lmp it is 6 weeks 4 days. Foetal heart rate was seen, amniotic fluid and gestation sac everything was seen. But as I have  pcos what precautions I must take?? And complete tests were done were my TSH was high 6.96 and I am given now thyronorm 100mcg Does this TSH affect baby development?? should I take care of something?? Other all tests were normal i.e  blood test urine test etc..

Its ok to have dicrepancy of 3 days between lmp & usg. As your TSH is high so you should take thyronorm tablet, it will help in proper development of baby
