Known case - CKD with severe LV dysfunction, global kinesia and pulmonary hyper kinesias Admitted in hospital for severe breathlessness. DJSR done. Recurrent of pulmonary edema n severe bronchoconstriction. She is managed with O2, diuretics, antibiotic,antifungals (fungal infection in urine),hemodialysis and other supportive measures.
