Dear Doctor, Stapler circumcision was done 16 days ago, after one week during morning errection the bottom side stitches was teared, now the skin is opened. The penis shaft is now visible, Currently I'm applying T Bact cream. I've provided image for your evaluation. Will it heal on its own? New skin will be formed or not? I'm very much worried about it. How many days are required to heal... Please advise doctor

Infection is evident, But looks like there is a gap that got created between the skin and frenulum due to the torn stitches. It needs refashioning. Once the infection resolves, we might need to apply 1 or 2 sutures to bridge the gap and restore proper healing
