Chronic upper right pain

Sir I have  a problem with Upper right pain which radiates to back. I have been once diagnosed with gallbladder sludge while doing MRI test this year, but after follow up with ultra sound, the doctor's says the sludge is   clear now.its a chronic constant pain for almost a year. So can you please suggest me what will I do next. thanking you

[ ] Hi, right side of abdominal discomfort generally happens due to problem in liver/ gall stone or gastritis and rarely due to infection in right part of colon .Other causes of lower right pain abdomen are appendicitis and right uretric stone colic. Kindly get a ultrasound of abdomen to rule out liver and biliary cause. Take light food for few days. Feel free to ask any further quary related to your problem. Regards.
