Chronic Testicle pain

I have right testicle pain from last 6 month and that spreads to my right leg. for eg. (knee, inner thigh and front side of thigh.) I have done ultrasound sound and blood test urine test all reports are normal. Doctor gave me painkiller but that doesn't work. which ayurvedic medicine should i take know to get rid of this symptom.

Kindly add some history, is any trauma there before or any swelling there
