I have done allergy test I am not allergy to anything but also I feel congestion and headache in nose I had done CT scan I had inferior turbinates swollen and one small polyp give me solution

Nose block and congestion can be because of allergic rhinitis or may be because of chronic sinusitis because you have headaches also.. small polyp in CT can be an incidental finding . I need to see your CT scan to comment further, however nasal sprays and decongestant will help you a lot
