Chronic Patellar Tendinosis

What could be the possible options for treating Chronic Patellar Tendinosis that I have been suffering from 7 months. After reading a few Testimonials I stumbled upon Grastone Technique for scar tissue massage and ESWT therapy that can accelerate the healing process. I am at my wits end dealing with this problem. Can anyone offer me correct guidelines to treat this debilitating condition.
