Chronic insomnia

I have hard time to get asleep .Usually I get sleep only for 4-5 hrs and could not function well during the day. I have stressful IT job and also thinks it's also genetic bcz my dad have same issue and he takes sleeping pills.

Try to reduce the stress level by sitting silent ,doing nothing peacefully breathing fir atleast 15 min.Do this once daily.plan your day properly.Try to Relax more.
