Hi Doctors, My cousin is suffering from chronic hiccups and kind of breathing problems. They are from village and they mostly prefer local treatments (natu vydhyam). She is suffering from 2+ years. What could the reason for this?

Reason for hiccups can be various Needs evaluation Is she on any regular medication , any known allergies , any history of ulcer , acidity How frequent does the hiccups come ? Are there any triggering or relieving factors Currently taking any medicine for the same ?
