Hlw Sir I Have Chronic Granular Pharyngitis Since 1.5 Year My Report :- LARYNGEAL - ENDOSCOPY = ORO - PHARYNX :-  WNL EXPECT MILD CONGESTION & SMALL LYMPHOID GRANULES POSTERIOR PHARYNGEAL WALL CBC REPORT :- ESR :- 05 mm 1st Hour Hemoglobin :- 16.1 g/dl Total WBC count :- 15200 cells/cumm Total RBC count :- 5.44 million/cumm PCV :- 48.3% Platelets :- 1.78 lakhs/cumm DIFFERENTIAL COUNT :- Neutrophils :- 80% Lymphocytes :- 16% Monocytes :- 02% Eosinophil :- 02% RBC INDICES :- MCV :- 88.7 fL MCG :- 29.6 pg MCHC :- 33.4 % RDW :- 15.2 % PLEASE HELP SIR IM POOR
