I have chronic gastritis very upset stomach always bloating pain after eating...sounds from abdomen pain...m in very tension always fart in every 5 mint..i have done utlltrasound some fatty changes liver. is this gastritis or ibs or colitis ulcer or what what type test shoul i done to clear my confusion,i have done my amylase or lipase which is normal but also in problem

Either Gastritis or IBS. NEED TO DISCUSS IN DETAILS ABOUT YOUR SYMPTOMS. AVOID SPICY FOODS MILK DERIVATIVES ALL ANIMAL FOODS COFFEE TEA COLD DRINKS ALCOHOL JUNK FOOD SMOKING ETC.
