Chronic fatigue syndrome gradually receding for a couple of years now. I believe it is due to an infection. Can I take lymphomyosot and gelsemium homaccord at the same time, or how long should I wait between separate dosages, i.e. should I wait an hour after taking lymphomyosot before taking gel. hom.? Or can I take them in the same container of water, i.e. at the exact same time?

No do not take it at the same time, take gelsemium a hour before/after taking lymphomyosot.
