Hello doctor my friend having the chronic skin problem its called hypertrophic lichen planus on his both legs ite around 1 cm diameter and left leg is having 3 and right leg also having 3 patches kindly suggest does this have any trratment and its looking very hard kindly suggest and why hypertrophic lichen planus will comes does this have any medical treat ment how many days its get cured is this genetical disorder and why this come n pls suggest for best treatment
