Sir my father have chronic cough in his chest and bedtime is going to worse and they also having chronic constipation.So what can i do.

Inadequate details..however you need to consult super specialist in chest diseases who possesses DM degree or at least chest specialist with MD degree

Incomplete information does not give you proper advise.. chronic cough can be anything from asthma, COPD, tuberculosis or even lung cancer etc... you need to consult a chest physician at earliest.. get necessary investigations done..
