My daughter doughs a lot , specially during night . Sometimes even vomits due to excessive coughing . PFA her chest X-ray report and advise .

Give syp kufril ls 5 ml thrice daily for 5 days . Give montair lc kid syrup 2.5 mg - 6.5 ml at bed time for 10 days .
Next Steps
Plenty of oral water . Avoid cool water , ice creams , cool drinks .avoid banana
