lipid profile.
But as you are quite young and hopefully motivated, I feel you can do it without medication as they have their own side-effects.
My advice would be to take plenty of fluids, green leafy vegetables, increase fibre content of your diet, low calorie diet and regular exercise may help in getting back to normal lipid profile.
