My cholesterol 270, Hdl 41, Ldl 175, Triglycerides 195. I am using cinod 5mg for my BP. If I started rosuvastatin to reduce cholesterol, is it continued life long. My Hba1c is 6.4, fasting 92, post 165. No other medication and remaining all reports are normal.

Yes you have to continue lifelong. Before starting on Rosuvastatin, please try diet modification and physical exercise for 3 months .
