Hi, My cholesterol level is 213. Should I be worried? What's the right way to reduce cholesterol? How I'll know if I'm burning right amount of  calories by exercise?

Control fatty, oily spicy and sugary food items and regular physical excercise for 45 minutes a day . Follow this and repeat the test after 3 months.. still persisting then consult.
