I recently checked my cholestrol, the readings are pretty healthy except for LDL which is on the margin of risk. I wish to reduce my LDL and increase my HDL, what should i do?

Hi,I went through ur query. you should be regularly doing exercise in any form at least 40mins of walking daily, n there should not be 2 consecutive day off for exercise/walking , u can increase ur HDL cholesterol n can reduce LDL. Hope this piece of information will help you.
