I got my cholesterol test done and thy gave only a total number of 291 . cholesterol . No HDLLDL mentioned. Is 291 a too bad number . M 83 kg with 5;4 height. Do I need to take any medicine or diet control to manage this . Why shud be my next action . I get  mild breathless after climbing stairs .
