Hello doctor I got my full body check up my Chloride level 108 what does that mean ... And I have some urine infection as well

It is on the upper side of normal range . But if you don't have hypertension then  it doesn't need any special treatment. You can drink lot of plain water  or coconut water or butter milk (without salt).
