Tested positive for chlamydia. Only symptom I had was pain during sex in certain positions in the pelvic area. This is making me think I have pelvic inflammatory disease. 2 days ago I got treatment for chlamydia which was a single dose (4 pills at once) of azithromycin. Will this treat PID too if I do have it
