Chills, 100F fever, frequent urination.

Night Chills and shivering occurred with 100F fever. After taking Dolo 650 fever reduced.  Slight pain and burning sensation during urination is occurring. Slight muscle pain in the  left side of the spinal. Pls provide medication.

Chills with shivering is usually a sign of kidney infection - acute pyelonephritis,when associated with urinary symptoms.
Next Steps
you will need blood tests to assess the severity of infection and your renal function and a urine culture sensitivity test. And also a usg/CT kub to detect any stone disease. you will need to be started on antibiotics as early as possible. Please consult a urologist for further evaluation.
