My child to fever in night & couch couch usage in calpol-250mg & wikoral 60ml syrups use but not control.

Your information is incomplete to conclude anything. How many days the child is suffering from? If it's 1-3 days, don't expect medicine to work as magic wand, it takes time, if more days meet-up local Pediatrician, as chest findings are important to correlate. For one year the name of medicine you gave is also atypical, if doctor hasn't prescribed, don't give it randomly.
