My boy Mr Shreyash is 20 month old. He doesn't not speak even a single word clear.

If it only about speech then dont worry some child is delay because of lack of communication ..u must talk with ur child give him instructions..
If he is not behaving normal as others same agegroup child then u must take advice of pediatric..
