My son 1 year and 9months old. He is suffered from cols, cough and fever. From yesterday i feel that he is having some pain. He is not able to take proper sleep. Also I found some tik tik voice in his noice. Kindly suggest

Dear parents,        Your child is suffering from cold.       Give her following treatment,   Syrup Wikoryl one teaspoon ful thrice a day for 5days.   Syp Azithromycin 100mg one teaspoon ful once a day for 5days   Syrup Axalin 1ml thrice a day for 5days.
