It is not sufficient firstly do ur semen analysis to know ur fertility status also need to examine ur wife blood her follicular study etc

I hope the intercourse is right. Your w8fe is not on any contraceptives. Also depends upon what time of your wife's menstrual cycle u people are having intercourse. If all these things are right then I would suggest that u consult an infertility doctor personally and get a few tests done to rule out any underlying cause for not conceiving.
