My Nephew us diagnosed with matter loss in his brain with epelipsy . He is 1.7 yrs old and had complications during birth. He is not able to hold his neck, can't sit, doesn't make any eye contact and always humms. Is there any treatment for this can he be normal & what about life expectancy?😢

I am so sorry hearing about your nephew but I am very sorry to say that this cannot be normal really sad, these are symptoms of cp. generally life expectancy is also low if not there happens a miracle
