Child complains about stomach pain

My kid is 5.8 years old and complaining about stomach pain while eating since 4 weeks. He says hungry but after eating few spoons, he says stomach pain and stops eating. He is constipated earlier but now it has improved but still stomach pain didnt stop. His lost 1 kg in 2 weeks. Consulted doctor and he said it could be due to stomach infection and indigestion and we had given antibiotics, digestive syrup, laxatives so far and continuing them. Since yesterday he is suffering from fever also. Please suggest if it could be something else which needs serious medical care.

A 5 year old child should never be treated by Tele-consultation. I feel you never consulted a qualified Paediatrician or a General Physician for your child. A child losing one kg in two weeks is a serious matter.
