My baby is 45 days old...and he is making some noise while sleeping...is it common in all babies or I have to be careful?

It is normal noises... Like respiratory sounds can be heard or it may be like he his forcing something... These are normal Look for sleep duration (atleast 1.5 hours after each feed), weight gain ( see in growth chart) and urine output (>7 times in 24 hours) If these things are normal than he is absolutely normal
