Chickenpox blisters having pus

2023-04-22 17:57:40
I have had chicken pox for 7 days. I was vaccinated against it but still got it. I have had around 50-60 blisters and most of them have crusted over but some 6-7 blisters are still fluid filled and the fluid seems like pus because it appears to be in that colour. I am worried if this is the cause of concern and how much time will it take for these blisters to crust. I don't have a fever, itching has also stopped. I apply calapure lotion on bilsters

Chicken pox  usually takes around 2 weeks to heal.If the blisters are turning into postules then you may need to add antibiotics for few days.
