Chicken pox spots and scars

I had chicken pox in March this year and was not treated with any medications. The scars and marks are still there and its August already..I searched the web and concluded that scars won't go unless surgically treated.. but there can be ways of curing these dark spots..which are similar to acne condition..Help me out ASAP.
