I am 27 years old & have been infected by chicken pox. During this pandemic I haven't been going out from almost a year.. How could I get infected or what could be cause of it.?

Chicken pox is highly infectious disease Also first you should confirm the diagnosis by visiting a doctor Usually its self limiting disease you will need complete rest and some medications to reduce your symptoms
