Detailed history of symptoms and treatment is required. There are some shadows seen in perihilar and upper zone but a better quality X-ray or CT chest will be required. If saturation at rest is dipping to 85% then oxygen support is recommended. For better evaluation and management, pls visit a pulmonologist.
