My chest x ray PA view shows "Bilateral hilar shadows appear prominent" & Prominant bronchovasculqr markings noted in bilateral fields meaning, should I worry?

yes if you have symptoms then yes you should go for ct thorax and further workup on that please consult doctor for better idea
