Hello dr For ex smoker to rule out lung cancer doing chest X-ray in routinely in a year is good or not And if not. what can a person do for diagnose in early stage if no symptom r there

It is recommended for former smokers who stopped smoking within the last 15 years Frequency according to the NELSON study at baseline, at 1 year, 3 years and 5.5 years until more than 15 years from stopping.
