I am having chest tightness and feels like airway narrowing when there is weather change or when i get rained on or get cold there is very little mucus production which happens like clearing out throat. am having chest tightness and feels like airway narrowing when there is weather change or when i get rained on or get cold there is very little mucus production which happens like clearing out throat.A week ago doctor prescribed me Deriphylline, clarithromycin and monteleukast for three days. It felt relieving then when i ate an icecream it started again. Now what should i do???

Consultant pulmonologist It's looks like you are having airways disease Need to take proper history about your symptoms and about allergic history and require examination For that you need to perform spirometry And some blood test Based on that need to start other medication mostly Inhalers
