Hi sir Need Ur suggestions sir, I am feeling like chest is tight and something got struck in my throat  n it's very difficult to sleep ,my dad gave pantop tablet yesterday Now throught is clear and chest is also ok but feeling some uneasy in the chest area sir (very slight pain) Last month I had cold n cough and phlem (White) for 20 days now it's not there In this present situation of covid 19  I am scared to go to the hospital Pls let me know Or do I need to take any other medicines sir
