From 2 months feeling chest tightness whenever I wake up from sleep in the morning started dizziness numbness in hand I hv sinusitis from very early age the day I started nasivion nasal Spray and Allegra montelekast I started this issues it feels like my chest is stuck tight little shortness of breath and also happens after I have meal suddenly it feels like my chest is stuck no fever nothing else please suggest me something most of the doctors I hv visited they said it's normal and it's most of enxiety

As you mentioned you have sinusitis and nasal allergy, the cause of your concern should be post nasal drip

Hi noted above history and related concerns. As you mentioned above history states allergic and breathing problems because of either seasonal allergy or post nasal drip causing chest tightness and choking sensation.
