Chest tightness and shortness of breath

From last 2 days I am suffering from shortness of breath and chest tightness . On30th i was sleeping suddenly my sleep got broke and realized that I am short on breath. Specially when I am doing some activity or changing my body postures it's more ,and on lying position. I don't have any fever,cough,cold. I don't have any medical conditions. What can I do?

Get a covid test done urgently to be safe Refresh your mind , reduce your stress and change your sleep pattern if ur sleep is disturbed. You are young enough to get any cardiac problem ..still get an ecg done and chest xray. Get a paid consultation for further advice . Thank you
