Chest tightness and pain

I have chest tightness and pain on the both side of the chest near the sternum. Recently visited pulmonologist and did xray also . Report says have both side mild hilar calsification. Doctor prescribed me 3 days some muscle spasm relieve pain killer . I want to what's that hilar calsification . How would I get rid of this ?
