Chest tightness and dry cough

I had covid 20 days back. From past 4 days I started felling chest tigtness and little dry cough. I don't have any other symptoms like fever, cold and my spo2 level is 98. Is it normal to have chest tightness after covid recovery or should I go for any test and medication?
