Covid chest tightness
Hi i have been tested positive for covid result came on friday.i have noo symptons noo fever,noo lack of smell or taste .bt nw i thnk i have chest tightness . Its not severe i dont know if i can call it chest pain and there is noo prob in breathing. Please help sometimes it may be because iam too afraid or worried abt covid please respond...
