Hello dr, i had chest tightness with sweating after eating twice in last one week. Once i burp i felt relieved. I took ecg which shows ECG within normal limits, Low voltage QRS.I have a history of bp, acidity and cervical stenosis. I took cervical MRI 2months back. It shows c7 cevical stenosis and disc bulge. I always have left neck, jaw and arm pain. 2 months back Dr also adviced for CT coronary angio and CT pulmonary angio to rule out heartand lung issues. It was absolutely normal with calcium score of zero. No stenosis. Cardiologist said my heart is absolutely normal.Y'day my gastro examined and said i have severe dyspepsia( EPS). What should i do now? All this together increase my palpitation. Have attached my ecg with this. Please explain me in detail.
