1. Body feels trembling 2. Chest throbbing 3. Pressure on left arm from neck and pain 4. Leg muscle strain Those symptoms are occurring for 2 days. . . What should do next? . . ( having high blood pressure and under current medication amlodipine 5mg and overweight)
