I had tonsilitis and cervical lymph node swellling along with chest pain since last 10 days.. after vompleting 3 day course i got relief from cough and cold but due to azithromycin i suffered from heartburn stomach ache gas and acidity. I also had chest pain earlier bt now its intensified more than before.. i am given pantop sporolac and sucral o.. stomach is getting better bt cant say this about my chest pain. Ki dly guide
