Hello.. Well we need detailed history about chest pain like type of pain ,site,onset,rasfisting nature association with sweating or breathlessness..all chest pain do not point at cardiac issues...it may be gerd,gastritis ,lumg issues too...i suggest you to follow up with the doc....better to get ecg done...thank you
