I have chest pain and heavy in my slightly right middle chest.i have uncomfortable.i haven't move in my sleeping time.sometimes feeling chest pain or sometimes I am ok.i feel chest pain then I have breathing in pressure.

Do u have history of diabates or hypertension? I hope u are not having anginal pain (feeling of pressure on chest, constrictive type) U need a physical examination, please consult with nearest physician
