I m taking regular treatment of BP from last one year I.e. Starpress XL 50 and Telma 40 and in night nexito 5. From last 4-5 suddenly there's is chest pain and pain in hand also.. pain is mind. In this condition I went to hospital dr. Advised for ECG and ECHO and other test. In report there is mild concentric LVH and Grade II LV Diastolic dysfunction. My platlates are also low I.e. 120000. Kindly advise what to do in this. Circumstances... Reply ASAP I m in worry .. Report is enclosed.

There are mild changes in heart walls due to blood pressure. This is a routine finding in echo in patients with hypertension, no need to worry. Make a daily record of BP Lifestyle modification - Exercise (150mins/week), Salt intake less than 2gm/day, avoid refined sugars, saturated fats or any addictions if you have. Can you share your ecg
